Frequently Asked Questions
Will my sessions be in-person or remote?
Sessions may be in-person or remote, depending on your location, schedule, and accessibility to travel. Please discuss your preferences and needs with our intake specialist.
Which states do you serve your clients?
Our counselors are all licensed in South Carolina. We are unable to serve clients from other states.
Do I need to be in South Carolina for my telehealth session?
Yes. If you are traveling and will not be in South Carolina for your scheduled session, please let your counselor know promptly to avoid any no-show fees.
What forms of payment do you take?
Our clients use self-pay or insurance that will be collected at the beginning of each session. We also accept several Employee Assistance Plans (EAPs) via various employers.
Which insurances do you take?
All of our counselors are credentialed with the following insurances:
Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Medicare (Part B), Multiplan, Optum/UHC and Humana Tricare.
Can I use my EAP benefits?
Yes, we take EAPs. Please ask our intake specialist if your EAP program is approved for our clinic.

We want you to get the most out of your therapy. Please visit our About Page to learn more about our therapists and their specialties. If a particular therapist stands out to you as a good fit, please mention this to our intake specialist and we will review their schedule.
